Sasha - Bunheads! YES! This book has its subtle way with you (or at least, it did with me). It’s not “in-your-face” but has a rather quiet awesomeness about it. Hope you love! xoxo

March 12, 2012 - 5:42 pm

Paige - I’m so jealous of The Selection & Bunheads. I can’t wait to read them both. I hope you enjoy everything you got this week. Here’s my IMM!

March 12, 2012 - 1:27 am

Jasmine Rose - OMG HE IS WE!! Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one who knows about them so it’s always crazy when I see someone always talking about them. Congrats on 100 posts, you guys :]

March 11, 2012 - 11:27 pm

Brittani - Awesome IMM Magan! AHH! The Selection! I hope your enjoying it! I cant wait to read it myself! Definitely looking forward to your thoughts on it! πŸ™‚

I hope you guys are having a great time together πŸ˜€ xox

March 11, 2012 - 2:45 pm

Sharon @ Fictionally Inclined - You got The Story of Us?! Excuse me while I die of envy!

Anyway. What a cool opportunity! πŸ˜€ And it really makes me happy that “Shake It Out” was among the music listed. I love that song! I will have to investigate further regarding the other books/songs listed. This was a really cool idea. πŸ™‚

March 11, 2012 - 10:57 am

Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl - How fun that you’re getting to see Estelle and meet Alexa! I’ll meet all of you one day too, I’m sure. πŸ™‚ Hope you have fun! I love New York, and want to go back again really soon!

I’ll be interested to hear what you think of The Selection. There’s been some drama surrounding this book with author vs. blogger, so I’ve been leery of picking it up. I think it sounds cool, though, so I hope to read it soon!

What a cool playlist! Happy 100th post!

Oh, and here is my IMM. πŸ™‚ – http://thatartsyreadergirl.blogspot.com/2012/03/in-my-mailbox-2.html

Thanks for sharing, enjoy your reads πŸ™‚

March 4, 2012 - 7:02 pm

VeganYANerds - I totally understand the issues with library books! One of my libraries gives you a month and the other only 3 weeks and if I have books out from both it can be really hard to read them all before they’re due!

Awkward sounds interesting!

March 4, 2012 - 3:37 pm

Anna - Look at this goodness! I need to buy Fine Art of Truth or Dare myself — I’ve been drooling over it for far too long.

March 4, 2012 - 2:02 pm

Jasmine Rose - I love all things Disney World! I’ve always been really attracted to everything about it for some reason.
Awkward was cute. Definitely a good read if you want a fun contemporary.
Happy reading this week πŸ˜€

March 4, 2012 - 12:34 pm

March 4, 2012 - 9:59 am

I’ve heard good things about that Clarity series! I really should look into it. Enjoy!

February 27, 2012 - 2:59 am

Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl - What cute dogs! And wow, you got such great books! I wish the Pitch Dark Tour came here! Brodi Ashton lives near me, and had an event that I was not aware of until a few hours after it was over (at my university, nonetheless. Ahhh!). Hopefully she has another one soon. πŸ™‚ But I’m glad you got a signed copy, and I hope you love reading it! I really enjoyed it. πŸ™‚ And I hope you love Under the Never sky, because I LOVED IT. Same with Delirium! I’m so happy you’re giving it another try. πŸ™‚ I can’t WAIT to read Pandemonium. It’s going to show up on my Kindle late tomorrow night, and I’m really excited!

February 26, 2012 - 9:34 pm

Lea - OMGosh you’re book haul this week is so flipping fantastic I don’t even know which I want more! Pandemonium?! Ahh I am so jealous! πŸ™‚ I did get Perception, read it almost as soon as it arrived because I LOVE the Clarity series, Everneath and Probability of Wonders are 2 others that I hope to read sometime soon!

Happy Sunday, friends! I can’t believe it’s already been 2 weeks since my last v-log. Craziness! Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl - Yours and Magan’s recent vlogs are what gave me the courage to post my first one this week! You seem so comfortable. Haha. I had to record mine twice. Hopefully I’ll get used to it. πŸ˜› It’s always nice to see you!

Very cool that Magan sent you some goodies! I’d be overwhelmed if I had all those books to read at once! They sound good, and I’m excited for your reviews of them all!

February 20, 2012 - 5:50 pm

Alexa @ Alexa Loves Books - I will totally support your book buying ban, simply because I’m on one too! I’ve been good so far (although I make exceptions for book signings), so hopefully, I keep that up and definitely whittle down my TBR.

In other news, I will (hopefully) see you this week? Possibly in Barnes and Noble during my lunch break πŸ˜‰

I hope you like Various Positions. It wasn’t a bad read; on the contrary, it was an interesting one. I just felt very “WHAT THE HECK” while I was reading it.

The other books you mentioned all sound really good. Must go and check them out now!

February 20, 2012 - 10:22 am

Estelle - Thanks April! I just finished VP. And there is a lot to like about it. I don’t want to say too much. But I think you should give it a try. If that’s a good clue πŸ™‚ Happy reading & have a great week!

February 20, 2012 - 10:20 am

Estelle - Sash, I just finished VP last night! I have a lot of thoughts too. I hope I can get my review up soon. It’s not what I thought at all. Thanks so much for all the kind words. Magan and I love your blog so much and the two of you. Hope your week moves quickly!

February 20, 2012 - 10:10 am

Estelle - Thanks Mands! Yes. I’m trying to drill into my head. LIBRARY BOOKS & BOOKS ON MY SHELVES. I’ll learn eventually. πŸ˜›

February 20, 2012 - 10:09 am

Estelle - Ginger, thanks for your comment! I’m so happy to have the ALA books and I think in some way, my wallet is super happy about it. I do have some gift cards actually to B&N *but* I keep forgetting them. Note to self: put them in wallet. haha. Did you read Difference yet? I should be on that one soon. Have a great week!

February 20, 2012 - 7:48 am

Ginger @ GReads! - I know what you mean about the over flowing pile of books. After ALA I feel so completely guilty even considering buying a book. Yet, I still went to B&N last week. Oops! haha I’m anxious to read your review for The Difference Between You and Me.

February 19, 2012 - 6:13 pm

VeganYANerds - Great vlog, Estelle! I am trying to put myself on a book-buying ban as well, I have plenty of great YA avail. at my local libraries and I have a bunch of books I’ve purchased but haven’t read yet!

February 19, 2012 - 6:12 pm

Sash from Sash and Em - 1. Interested to see what you think of Various Positions. It..err..rubbed me the wrong way. But can’t wait to see what you think!

2. Em and I skype atleast once a week! It’s really fun and helps us talk and plan for the blog. πŸ™‚

3. Jealous that you have Monday off! (because we don’t!)

4. I started The Stalker Chronicles but wasn’t in the mood for Contemp so had to put it down for a little while.

February 11, 2012 - 3:42 pm

Estelle - Jana, thanks for the confidence boost. I’m always totally nervous before doing these, and just about always having a beer along with my recording. (I just hide it!) My birthday weekend was very nice, even if it did fall on the dreaded football event of the year. Boo. At least my husband’s team won. That’s a good thing. πŸ™‚

What a fun week of books for you! I think I need to learn to embrace the library more. I know I’d be more daring in my book choices if I didn’t have to pay for them!

I’m jealous you have the opportunity to go to such awesome book events! I wish we had more here in Utah.

As always, it’s wonderful to see your face! You’re pretty adorable, and it’s so fun to watch your charismatic vlogs!
