Alexa S. - I fell in love with The Start of Me and You! I definitely think the highlight of this novel were the friendships, even more than the cute romance. Lord nails female friendships so well! Glad you enjoyed this one 🙂

tabithasbookblog - I really enjoyed this book as well. I didn’t love it as much as Open Road Summer, but it stood on it’s own and that was really nice. I loved how the romance wasn’t the focus of the story, but at the same time I wanted more of it. And yes on Paige’s friends!! Loved that group so much.

Crystal Books Unbound - I don’t know why I’m waiting so long to read an Emery Lord book. I have Open Road Summer and I really need to read it soon! I adore love stories that begin with friendship and then grow into something more. They’re so much more realistic that way! I just reviewed I’ll Meet You There and the love story also starts with the foundation of friendship. Great review! I’m totally looking forward to reading this one!

Quinn @ Quinn's Book Nook - I’m curious about this one. I loved the friendship between Dee and Reagan in Open Road Summer, and I’m so glad to see that there is great friendships in this book too.
