Alexa S. - Your review is making me lean heavily towards wanting to read All the Bright Places, M! I’m still not sure when or if I’ll be getting to it, but I do love that your enthusiasm for the story + characters shines through so clearly in this review. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and for encouraging readers to pick it up!

January 6, 2015 - 11:00 am

Lena @ Addicted 2 Novels - OOOOO, I haven’t heard of this book, but now I want to read it. Roller coaster emotions + relationship progression = my cup of tea.

*adds to Goodreads*

My new years resolution, which is completely cliche but whatever, is to lose weight and get back in shape. I gained an embarrassingly amount of weight in the past three months. Time to lose it and get toned!

January 4, 2015 - 10:53 pm

Carmel - My New Year’s Resolution is to be brave. I still have a lot apprehensions in general. Hopefully I could just let things be and just trust in the magic of new beginnings. Thank you for the giveaway!

January 2, 2015 - 10:41 pm

Jaime Lester - One of my resolutions is to start eating healthier, and drinking more water, less Dr. Pepper!!! UGH!I am not looking forward to it, but it must be done. I work out all of the time, now I just need to get the eating part down!

January 2, 2015 - 5:35 pm

Asheley (@BookwormAsheley) - (M, I just went to Goodreads to mark it rec’d by you and saw that I’d already done just that. I SO love how much you love this one, that it made me excited twice.)

January 2, 2015 - 5:33 pm

Asheley (@BookwormAsheley) - MAGAN! I have to admit that I haven’t paid much attention to this book because it seems to me that so many people are reading it right now, at the same time, but your words are BRILLIANT and make me want my hands on it NOW. I love that I can tell how much you love it and WOW, I just want to read it NOW. That is why I love reading friends with enthusiasm. Happy New Year friend and thanks so much for this recommendation! xo

January 2, 2015 - 3:43 pm

Jessica @ Strung Out On Books - I loved this book just as much as you did! Definitely a fav of 2015 for me too! I haven’t ordered a finished copy yet, but I plan ASAP! Finch and Violet will be with me for a long, long time! Lovely review! 😀

January 2, 2015 - 3:35 pm

Natalie - My New Year’s Resolution is still a work in progress. But it’s something along the lines of finding a good balance between still reading a lot of books but not forsaking my homework. Thank you for the giveaway!

I’m most looking forward to reading Between the Devil & the Deep Blue Sea. =)

August 31, 2013 - 1:42 pm

Lisa - Oh my god, you’re giving me such an impossible question to answer. I think I would choose Option B, but they’re both pretty rockin’. I’ve been wanting to read Second Chance Summer for so long and looove Sarah Dessen and Jessi Kirby 😀

Sarah - I’d love to win Option A, but both packages are awesome! I really want to read The Distance Between Us because it looks so cute!

I’m so sad that summer is coming to an end because I didn’t read nearly as many summer books as I had hoped to.

August 31, 2013 - 8:42 am

Cait - Ooo—all are such great summer picks! I’d have to go with Option B though simply because Sarah Dessen is my all-time favorite author. And I haven’t gotten around to reading her new one yet, eek!

Bookworm1858 - I love the dress-I’m super into stripes and just got a cute striped top that I paired with a twirly red skirt-I felt very on trend. Luckily the weather will continue to be hot through September where I live so I don’t have to say goodbye to summer yet!

August 28, 2013 - 12:06 pm

Alexa Y. - Ginger – Your summer sounds FANTASTIC. I love that you were able to visit Anna and Tara in Chicago (which seems like SO. MUCH. FUN.), and that lake house trip sounds spectacular. I’m also dying to watch that documentary now because it sounds really good and also extremely moving.

E&M – I love you guys, first of all. IF I won your giveaway, I’d want option B, and I’d be super excited to read Just Like Fate most of all!

Jen @ Pop! Goes The Reader - Hooray! Three of my favourite bloggers in collaboration together 😀 This post was such a treat to read and I really looked forward to each instalment of the Sweet Summertime Reads series! It was such a great idea. Ginger, I absolutely adore that nail colour and given that my wardrobe is at least 25% nautical-themed, it’s safe to say that I’m absolutely in love with that dress 😉 Sometimes there’s nothing better than a simple staple like an outfit you can dress up or down given the occasion.

August 27, 2013 - 11:10 am

Daphne - Craig’s List Joe looks/sounds fantastic. I wouldn’t be able to do something like that, but I applaud anyone who puts themselves out there. looks like you had a fantastic summer, G.

if i were to win, i would pick option A for openly straight and the distance between us.

August 27, 2013 - 11:01 am

Stormy @ Book.Blog.Bake. - I love the summertime splurges! And lake pictures. I am definitely a lake over the beach person. I’ll pass on going to the coast, but give me a vacation to a lake anyday.
Both prizes seem awesome, but I think I’d take option B and be most excited for Second Chance Summer. I’ve heard it’s reduced some readers to a ball of tears, and apparently, I had a weird idea of fun because it sounds like a great(if emotional) book to me.

August 27, 2013 - 9:29 am

Cassie - A- this is awesome and I’m totally loving those Tom’s, the vaca pics and that Old Navy Dress!

B- I choose option B- FOR: WHERE THE STARS STILL SHINE! I mean come on. We all know I’m DYING to get my hands on it! PLUS, Dessen! That will force me to read my first Dessen 😀

Pepo - Throne of Glass and Something Like Normal. Thank you for the generous and international giveaway. Fingers crossed.

November 4, 2012 - 1:34 am

VeganYANerds - I’m back! I spent 3 hours in the sun and swimming, yay!

Yes to realistic books, there are a lot of issue books but it’s nice to read about real life too. Haha, less dystopians! Surely they will go out of style soon!

I think first love is such a popular topic and you’re right about the feelings not always being reciprocated.

Loved your story about the boy at the dance 🙂 I think we all have something like that!

I love how much you love Austin. I really hope I can fit it in my trip next year but I’m not sure. I have a vegan blogging friend who LOVES Austin and I want to come and eat some tacos 🙂

I probably switch tense too but I don’t notice it when reading blogs. And I remember you mentioning your dislike of typing up the book info and I now do it after the review is done!

I still need to see Perks, promise I will soon. I think about the house in Jellicoe too. It’s been years since I’ve seen Dawson’s – I was going to do a rewatch!

Both of you – hooray for your fantastic blog. I think I have Jennifer Echols and/or Jana to thank for finding your blog. I think it was late, late last year and I hadn’t started VeganYANerds yet but you guys inspired me and now here we are! Love you both xox

November 3, 2012 - 9:52 pm

VeganYANerds - Estelle! Loved your intro and the sirens, haha! I loved the story about your college and how out of that experience you found your husband, best friends and Magan! I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and you got 4 good things out of that time in your life!
I loved your personal moment that could be a YA – I often want to get that personal on the blog but I always stop myself because I always wonder who is reading my blog… but let’s just say I can totally relate to your experience and if we ever meet up (2013!!) we can chat about it, haha  And now I need to read Stealing Parker, STAT!
We don’t have funfetti cupcakes over here but now I want to veganise them!
And I like that moment from TLHC too, I don’t often hang out like we did in high school but it’s always a lot of fun.
I’m glad you like Love & Leftovers, I can’t wait to read my copy.
Yay for pizza, I hope it was good! And thanks for the shout out, you are fantastic 😀 xox

Magan! I am so glad you two met and I totally understand the need to get used to having a deadline for reviews but you’re right, it gets easier!
Yay, I just got a copy of Welcome, Caller and I can’t wait to read it! 😀 You girls are one of the blogs that I always trust to steer me right so I am sure I will like it too!
Hear hear to developed books! Parents are often left out of YA, which is crazy since parents are such a big part of your life, esp. teen years!
And I am just ducking out to go to the beach, so I will back to watch the rest of your blog, but I will say that you are also awesome and I love you guys!

Mandee xox

elena - hellooooo lovelies, i watched yr videos yesterday before bed (like a bedtime story!) so i will try to remember what i was going to say.

estelle – i can really tell how much stealing parker means to you! i admire you for being so personal. almost every guy i’ve liked has been (somewhat significantly) older than me but i have not actually dated any of them. yay for funfetti cupcakes! also oh gosh, thank you so much for your kind words. <3333 i am constantly struggling with my reviews so it means so much to me. it DID feel like we were on a date. a second one!

magan – omg yes to the contemporaries and i laughed out loud at no dystopias! i'm just not really a fan of them because they fail to actually draw me into the story and the ya dystopias seem a tad flimsy. i checked out welcome caller, this is chloe today after seeing it for ages at my library! morgan matson is such a qt and so are you~

LOTS OF LOVE! so happy i met ('met' in magan's case but it will be rectified one day!) you guys this year what did i do before?!?! x

Jess @ Gone with the Words - HAPPY 1 YEAR, YOU GUYS!! I can still remember Ginger first telling me about your blog back in Dallas during ALA Midwinter, when I first met Magan. (She was so sweet, in case you were wondering :)). Yeah…I’ve been a fan since then. I can always count on getting such organic (<– like that, Estelle? :D) reviews from both of you, they're always so insightful and personal.

These videos were awesome btw. I had two feelings while watching them: like I got to know you both better and like I knew exactly what you were going to say. Weird, right?!

Estelle: hot cowboys, FTW!! 😀

Magan: Pacey WAS so horrible that episode!!

Ok, that is all for now. Good night and again, CONGRATS!

My first John Green book was Looking for Alaska!
I’m starting to read An Abundance of Katherines (it’s the one that I’m missing – they are all awesome).

Jessie - Fabulous photos! Your “meet-cute” is pretty adorable, too. Happy meet-aversary and hurray for John Green! (PS: The book is hanklerfished, too, if that means anything to any Vlogbrother fans)

Ginger @ GReads! - Gosh I love everything about this post. The story of how y’all met & fell in love (haha!) really makes my heart smile 🙂 Finding friends in the most unexpected ways is the best. The two of you run such an incredible blog that keeps me coming back for more and more. I adore you two, so much! So thankful y’all met and started this wonderful place or else I would have never known the two of you ladies.

P.S. those out-take photos at the bottom are priceless. LOVE that.

Rayna - I’ve only read one John Green book (Looking for Alaska), and from all the reviews I’ve read, one is certainly not enough.

Thanks for hosting this giveaway!

PS The pictures are absolutely beautiful!
