VeganYANerds - What a lovely review, Estelle. I totally agree about the cover, it’s very cute and I wouldn’t have guessed what this book was really about.

I think it sounds like a really great book, and I’m not at all put off by the fact that it’s for younger readers.

elena - ahaha I actually thought this was an adult fiction just judging from the cover but then saw the middle grade. OOPS! This seems to be quite a serious read for middle school, I’m impressed that she tackles the subject of LGBT. I’m curious about the other issue, it seems like it would be hard to read. Lovely review, Estelle!
