Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl - What cute dogs! And wow, you got such great books! I wish the Pitch Dark Tour came here! Brodi Ashton lives near me, and had an event that I was not aware of until a few hours after it was over (at my university, nonetheless. Ahhh!). Hopefully she has another one soon. πŸ™‚ But I’m glad you got a signed copy, and I hope you love reading it! I really enjoyed it. πŸ™‚ And I hope you love Under the Never sky, because I LOVED IT. Same with Delirium! I’m so happy you’re giving it another try. πŸ™‚ I can’t WAIT to read Pandemonium. It’s going to show up on my Kindle late tomorrow night, and I’m really excited!

Bernice - It’s really fascinating how two people can become such good friends after realizing they share a particular interest. The photos are really beautiful. Thank you for being so kind and hosting this giveaway. I have read 2 John Green books before but i haven’t purchased TFIOS simply because in a review i read it was mentioned that it involves someone who has cancer and my grandfather died because of cancer while my mother just battled cancer aswell. But i guess i’m emotionally stable to read about someone with/battling cancer now :). God Bless xxx

Sharon @ Fictionally Inclined - I have yet to read a John Green book, actually. I know. It’s horrible! Looking for Alaska has been on my list for years, but I have yet to read it. I have recently decided that The Fault in Our Stars is going to be my first. It sounds really good and has gotten great reviews. I can’t wait! I’m in 20th (or so) place for it at my library. It would be cooler to win it, though. πŸ˜€

Ginger @ GReads! - Gosh I love everything about this post. The story of how y’all met & fell in love (haha!) really makes my heart smile πŸ™‚ Finding friends in the most unexpected ways is the best. The two of you run such an incredible blog that keeps me coming back for more and more. I adore you two, so much! So thankful y’all met and started this wonderful place or else I would have never known the two of you ladies.

P.S. those out-take photos at the bottom are priceless. LOVE that.

February 25, 2012 - 12:58 pm

Rayna - I’ve only read one John Green book (Looking for Alaska), and from all the reviews I’ve read, one is certainly not enough.

Alexa @ Alexa Loves Books - This novel was a really cute read. I read it last year, around wintertime as well, and thought it was just a lovely, quick and fun read for the season πŸ™‚

January 13, 2012 - 10:28 am

Magan - Jana, I agree! I think Estelle’s review is spot on, too. Estelle generously bought this book for me, and I read it over Christmas, too. I lovvvved John and Maureen’s stories. I felt like Lauren’s story was just a little too complex for a short story. There were issues that needed to be resolved in a larger time frame than she was allowed.

Aside from that, I feel like this should be a book I read every winter. It’s sooo good! Yay for you and Estelle introducing me to something awesome!

Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl - ESTELLE. I should just go edit my review and link to your review, and post “ditto”. I totally agree with and love your review! I felt the same about Maureen’s and John’s stories. They were amazing. Lauren’s wasn’t all that wonderful for me. And I know what you mean about caring about the characters so much! I just loved them! I was incredibly impressed with how much each story had to it. Everything was so well done. DEFINITELY a must-read. πŸ™‚ Yay!!!
