Sharon @ Fictionally Inclined - Pushing the Limits was so good! I got Better than Chocolate, too. I hadn’t heard of it before, but it looks super adorable. I love the title and cover!

Estelle - G, you are a trouble maker. haha

July 8, 2012 - 10:59 pm

Estelle - G, oh you. You are a troublemaker!

July 8, 2012 - 10:59 pm

Estelle - A, you’re so welcome! Always glad to pass along the book love! Yay for awesome books!

July 8, 2012 - 10:54 pm

Estelle - M, so crazy how Easy is making the rounds. Can’t wait to find a moment to start it. I still have so many library books out and a few ARCs I need to get to. It’s insane right now! Hope you had a great weekend. Thanks for commenting as always! I love to hear from you!

July 8, 2012 - 10:49 pm

Estelle - E, It is rather annoying with the ARC is crappy. I had that problem with Summer Nights… there was a strange nothing page in between chapters and it made flipping quite annoying. Hope you had a great weekend. I can’t wait to watch your vlog!!

July 8, 2012 - 10:48 pm

Estelle - J, you crack me up. I’m usually not lucky enough to tan so much during the summers anymore but it seems our cruise really helped in that department. Pale is pretty, btw! Think of Snow White! 🙂 Excited to hear what you think about Pushing as well!

July 8, 2012 - 10:46 pm

Estelle - M, you are so sweet! I don’t now why I look so tan in that video. It’s bizarre! Seems like Pushing the Limits is making the rounds this week! Can’t wait to see what everyone thinks. I know I’ve been reading a lot of mixed reviews! Thx for stopping in!

July 8, 2012 - 10:29 pm

Margie - Oh, your tan looks so good and you looks so pretty!

Great list of books this week! I just got Pushing the Limits too and I’m really looking forward to reading it soon too!
Hope you enjoy 🙂

Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl - I’m sorry… I listened, but all I could pay attention to was your completely awesome tan line! That has never happened to me, because I will be forever pale or lobster red.

I just got Pushing the Limits on Netgalley, so it’ll be fun to see if we have the same opinions or not.

Always fun to see you! 🙂

elena - I’m reading Pushing the Limits right now! You’re so lucky you have a physical copy because I get SO DISTRACTED reading on my laptop & the copy for Kindle is really weird. Going to try to finish this book today though. Excited for your reviews, the latter sounds so mysterious. Happy reading! 🙂

July 8, 2012 - 5:07 pm

Rachel @ hello, chelly - Yay, I got mentioned in your video! haha. I really hope you like Pushing the Limits 🙂

July 8, 2012 - 4:47 pm

VeganYANerds - Good to see you, hun! I bought the Kindle version of Easy a couple of weeks ago after I heard really good things about, but I still haven’t read it – thanks for the reminder!

I agree, Pushing the Limits sounded really similar to Take Me There, and I didn’t enjoy PtL but some people love it, so I hope you do too!

July 8, 2012 - 3:07 pm

Alexa @ Alexa Loves Books - Thank you, thank you, thank you for sending me SUCH A RUSH. I read it the day I got it – and I loved it. While it’s no longer in my hands, I want to thank you for sharing the experience of the book with me!

And also, I totally jumped on Ginger’s recommendation. I finished EASY this morning – and LOVED it. It’s SO GOOD. I just couldn’t put it down when I had started it – and I hope you enjoy it!

July 8, 2012 - 11:15 am

Ginger @ GReads! - “It’s 3.99, that’s totally OK.” hahahaha I hope you enjoy Easy as much as I did. Insanely addicting.

One Moment Kristina McBride Book Review - […] Rather Be Reading – “Incredibly fast-paced and engaging” […]

July 7, 2012 - 12:01 am

Alexa @ Alexa Loves Books - You certainly make this book sound incredibly mysterious M. I’m so intrigued – and would LOVE to find out what actually happened in the book. I also think it’s true that one moment can change your life forever and it’s fascinating to me when someone writes about that.

July 6, 2012 - 11:31 pm

VeganYANerds - I’m glad you enjoyed this more than I did, hun! I did feel for Maggie, imagine finding out about the boy you loved, how sad. And it was quite obvious but I also kept thinking maybe we were going to find out an even bigger secret, it was definitely a mysterious story!

July 6, 2012 - 3:49 pm

Magan - Thanks, Elena! This book is falling under the radar and I think more people would appreciate it if they gave it a chance. It’s kind of a lot to take in because SO many things happen, but it’s quite good! Thanks for the compliment. 🙂

July 5, 2012 - 11:18 pm

elena - Ooh, memory loss and mystery? This sounds like an interesting book! I absolutely love the last paragraph of this review, it does sound like a book that could break your heart or make you angry. Wonderful review!

Magan: Shelve It (6/17/2012)

Happy Sunday, friends! You may have noticed my absence this week on twitter and commenting on your blogs. We’ve been sailing the sea to Alaska to celebrate a big anniversary for my parents! It’s been an amazing week, but I’ve really missed you guys (as you’ll notice in my vlog because I mention it, like, […]
