Alexa Y. - First of all, hats off to you on this AMAZING review! I think you’ve expressed your feelings so well, and that your enthusiasm definitely comes across. This is probably one of my favorites out of all your reviews!

And now, the book. I really, really, really want to read this book. It sounds absolutely fantastic! I really like the fact that it tackles issues head on. Plus, Aussie writers are AMAZING (based on my experience thus far!).

April Books & Wine - Oh, Estelle, you’ve nailed all of the best things about Raw Blue. I truly believe there is something in Australia’s water for so many emotional, raw books to come from down under. I have yet to be disappointed by an Aussie book.

I agree this is a book to savor and to maybe sit on, if you’ve been overwhelmed by the raves until your mind is cleared of preconceived notions.

Kailia @ Reading the Best of the Best - So basically, WHY IS THIS BOOK NOT IN THE US RIGHT NOW?! Your review is AMAZING and it makes me want to buy this book from Amazon RIGHT NOW (I’m broke!). Glad you loved it!

VeganYANerds - Beautiful review, Estelle!

I’m really glad that you loved Raw Blue and that it was worth the wait. I so know what you mean about reading hyped-up books, I think it’s good to wait and forget a lot of the comments you’ve heard.

This really is a wonderful book and hopefully it gets pub’d in the US soon!

Aneeqah @ My Not So Real Life - Wow, Estelle, what a beautiful review! I really enjoyed reading this review, it was wonderfully written. Kudos to you for writing something so lovely!

Anyways, I have seriously only heard rave reviews about this book. Where I’m going to find a copy of this book is beyond me, but I know that I absolutely must get my hands on a copy of this book. Just the gritty depth that you described in your review makes me want to immediately pick this one. I can also tell that you were attached to Carla, and were really rooting for her. I love a good, flawed protagonist, so I’m adding that to the list of why I need to get a copy of this book. 😉

Fantabulous review Estelle! <3 It was so lovely and touching to read.
