Estelle - April, I get what you mean about evening each other out… because I often agree with that assessment (esp. if you met my husband and I) but here I was just not feeling it at all. And that’s super unlike me. Oops. I was just going to write a spoiler there. How about instead — this is why I need a sequel? To find out more. haha. Thanks for stopping in! Any Muppet fan is a friend of mine!

April Books & Wine - I love the City and Christmas and Walt Disney World too!

Also, I thought the relationship between Dash and Lily is plausible in that they balance each other out — with the sunshine and the surly.

I got the Muppet fan vibe too, and that was AWESOME.

Estelle - Mands, so glad that you agree about Dash & Lily. I feel kind of bad that I didn’t love it as much as I wanted to. But it doesn’t mean that I didn’t love it, ya know? I’m sure I would reread it if I wanted something light and holiday-y to read. :)

Alexa @ Alexa Loves Books - I’m definitely looking forward to checking this one out eventually. It sounds like a heartwarming, fun read!

VeganYANerds - Good review, Estelle! I read D&L earlier this year but I have to say I didn’t LOVE it, I too wondered if they were really that compatible but maybe that doesn’t matter as it was just about how two people met and not about how they spend the rest of their lives?

I totally agree about the two authors, I really enjoy books written by pairs, they’re a lot of fun and I bet the authors enjoy it a lot too!
