Asheley Tart (@BookwormAsheley) - As much as I love classics, particularly the “YA” classics, I’m almost embarrassed that I haven’t read this one. And I didn’t even realize this author is female. I should be shunned. Also, short stories are sometimes hard for me – I have to be in the right mood for them because I absolutely LOVE to lose myself in a story and they can be so abrupt. I love that you’ve read and shared this, though, because now I know some stuff that I didn’t know a few minutes ago. And maybe I should read this one – everyone seems to love it.

Alexa Y. - I’ve never read an SE Hinton book! We didn’t really have required reading in the Philippines, so that didn’t happen. I would be interested in this one, mostly because I do like stories AND I like hearing other writers talk about writing.

Daphne - SE Hinton was one of my favorite authors as a tween/teen. I loved the Outsiders (still one of my all-time faves) as well as a lot of her other books. It’s been a really long time since I read her, I think I might have to pick this up. Thanks for the review & putting it on my radar.
