Hannah @ So Obsessed With - Oh E! This one sounds really good. I love the summer camp setting, but I’m super interested in the story of friends growing apart. This has happened to me at several times in my life, and I always wish there were more books about this happening. A lot of friend “break up” books are because of these big dramatic events instead of just the natural growing apart and fading away that happens when people grow up and get older. Thanks for bringing this one to my attention!

Alexa Y. - I’m pretty sure that I’m going to like this book. It’s got so many great elements to it – summer camp, a potential summer romance, friendship. I really want to read it after reading your review, as I want to know what ends up happening between Helena and Katie, and also Helena and Ransome (even though that name reeeeally throws me off).

Jamie - Oooh I’ve been looking for another summer camp novel. BINGO! This one sounds great!

Bookworm1858 - I completely missed this book when it first came out but I love the sound of it. Wonder if I can squeeze it in before summer officially ends as it doesn’t seem like the kind of book to necessarily read during the winter.

Asheley Tart (@BookwormAsheley) - This sounds SO GOOD. As I usually do when I come here, I just opened up two extra internet windows to check my libraries and see if they have it. One of them does, so I put myself on the hold list. There are so many things you’ve mentioned here that appeal to me about this one!

Estelle: Shelve It (9/2/2012)

elena - I read Perks AGES ago but don’t really remember much about it, besides the often quote lines. I should re-read before the film too. Also hooray for having Monday off and another happy birthday to Magan too. 🙂
