Mel@thedailyprophecy - I feel in love with the imperfect characters and how realistic they felt to me. I completely agree with what you say: how they not always did and said the right things. It wasn’t hard to connect with them that way 🙂

Alexa S. - This is the one instance in a long, long time where we actually have different opinions of a novel! While I liked some of Say What You Will, it actually didn’t wind up having the same positive effect on me as it had on you. I just had difficulty connecting with these characters, which always makes a book harder for me to really get into. But I’m glad you loved it!

Lauren @ Love is not a triangle - I try to stay away from too much comparison as well, and I’m happy to hear that this book stands on its own. I like that you talk about these characters being complicated and complex, and that these two had to decide whether to cross the line out of friendship, with college around the corner. I didn’t know this book covers such a large amount of time, that is a treat as well. Amy and Matt and all their flaws sound fascinating and I can’t wait to meet them. Great review!

Sash from Sash and Em - YES! I just picked this up (at a secondhand book story for $8, no less!) and now I’m super excited to read it.

Amara @ Mine For The Reading - I’ve not heard a damn thing about this book but, oh, how I want it now. It’s a combination of lust for the cover and the idea that Megan M. is stoked about this book and that you wrote such a convincing, tempting review on its behalf. Definitely adding this to my TBR.
